How to manage projects

A project can be a thesis, a research paper, or a broader topic you are doing research on, which you can then split into subtopics by using folders.

How to create a project

  1. Click Add new
  2. Select New Project
  3. Edit the name, color and Emoji of your new project

OR

  1. Click New project below your existing projects
  2. Edit the name, color and Emoji of your new project

How to delete a project

  1. Hover over the project name
  2. Click the More actions icon
  3. Select Delete

How to change the name of a project

  1. Hover over the project name
  2. Click the More actions icon
  3. Select Rename to change the name of your project

How to change the color and Emoji of a project

  1. Hover over the project name
  2. Click the More actions icon
  3. Select Color and Emoji to change the color and Emoji of your project

How to re-order your projects

  1. Hover over the project name
  2. Click and hold the drag handle on the left side of the name of the project
  3. Use the drag handle to drag and drop the project to its new spot

How to move sources between projects

  1. Hover over the source you want to move
  2. Click and hold the drag handle on the left side of the name of the source
  3. Use the drag handle to drag and drop the source to its new project
  4. Be aware that the source will remain in all the projects you moved it to and from, unless you delete it in one of the projects
